Samsung NC20, is this a netbook?

Samsung is planning to release the successor of Samsung NC10. It is the Samsung NC20. But it is not quite a netbook. It will have a screen size of 12.1". According to Liliputing, the Samsung NC20 will be one of the first consumer oriented notebooks to use a 1.3GHz VIA Nano U225 CPU.
Rumored features of the Samsung NC20:

- 160GB HD
- 1G of RAM
- Bluetooth
- 802.11b/g WiFi
- 1.3MP camera
