Yuga has spotted during the last Intel Atom launch in the Philippines, the new Neo 10″ Vivid v1190 netbook. There was already a Neo Vivid released few months ago with these features:

- Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor
- 1GB of RAM
- 120GB SATA HDD
- WiFi
- 3-in-1 card reader
- Webcam
- 8.9-inch display
- 1024×600 resolution
- Windows XP

The new Neo Vivid, however, has a wider screen (10 inches) and a bigger HD capacity (160GB). It offers units in 5 colors: white, pink, blue, red and black. Price? About $480.

Thanks to Yuga.

I asked Neo executives and they told me the earlier Neo Vivid v1100 was actually a 9-incher. The design was also reminiscent of the Neo Explore series. The new 10" Neo Vivid had a design refresh and has some similarities with the Lenovo S10.
